法务经理
工作职责：
  1. 配合部门总经理建立健全公司业务风险管理制度及工作流程；
  2. 负责公司业务风险管理的具体稽核工作；
  3. 负责对业务部门执行国家法律、法规及监管部门规章情况进行稽核；
  4. 负责对公司法律事务进行处理及合同起草和审核的具体工作；
  5. 负责公司对外报送和披露材料的具体审核工作；
  6. 负责部门内部档案的整理、保管工作；
  7. 负责部门总经理交办的其他工作。

任职条件：（包括年龄、性别、学历、专业、工作经历、经验等要求）
  1. 法律或经济专业全日制本科学历；
  2. 具有三年以上法律或风险管理工作经验，有信托从业经验者优先考虑；
  3. 熟悉金融及信托行业的相关律法规；
  4. 良好的中英文写作与阅读能力；
  5. 沟通能力、协调能力、语方文字表达能力较强；能吃苦、敬业，能承受较强的工作压力；
  6. 工作细致、认真、严谨、具有团队精神。
风控助理
工作职责：
  1. 协助风险管理部经理根据公司发展战略制定风控部的工作规划，建立风控体系；
  2. 组织编写公司业务风险管理制度和流程；
  3. 对业务部门各种投资组合风险进行分析和管理,初审各个案风险评估及可行性并拟写初审意见初稿；
  4. 公司固有、信托业务中后期尽职管理的检查监管；
  5. 信息披露工作的管理；
  6. 收集调研各行业的相关政策及规定，研究风险管理政策和制度，协助制定风险管理解决方案；
  7. 负责风控决议的落实，及时反映业务风险状况。

任职条件：（包括年龄、性别、学历、专业、工作经历、经验等要求）
  1. 金融或财务类专业硕士研究生及以上学历；
  2. 2年以上金融行业公司信贷、风险管理工作经历，尤以银行或信托公司工作经历为佳，有团队管理经验；
  3. 熟练掌握基金的投资组合理论及风险控制知识，熟练运用风险管理工具；
  4. 具有良好的英文读写能力；
  5. 具有扎实的风险管理理论基础，较强的风控管理能力，优秀的协调沟通能力。
IT总监助理
工作职责：
  1. Reporting to IT director and responsible for local IT administration, IT team management.
  2. Managing portfolio of project to ensure timely delivery and smooth integration
  3. Exposure to portfolio of IT projects including Datacenter setup and management, network infrastructure setup and
    management, Virtual desktop implementation (VDI), Financial & ERP system implementation and office automation
    system implementation.
  4. Defines, documents and executes medium-scale projects and actively participating in all phases of the project;
  5. Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project;
  6. Estimating costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project;
  7. Preparing and maintaining project plans and tracking progress against the plan;
  8. Providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders;
  9. Monitoring costs, timescales and resources used and taking action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
    Ensuring that deliverables are implemented within these criteria;
  10. Managing the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project stakeholders;
  11. Providing effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their
    skills/experience;
  12. Identifying any problems with vendors.

  1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience);
  2. 10+ years' experience in managing all aspects of large, cross functional technical projects;
  3. High sense of responsibility and ready to work under pressure
  4. Highly responsive and willing to adapt to different working culture
  5. Willing to work under a matrix reporting line environment
  6. Ability and willingness to learn new technology
  7. Ability to be very flexible in timings, considering the global nature of the role and working with teams across many
    departments
